Shelbyville is where you can do it yourself, or hand it to us.
This is the only one of our two shops with self-serve bays. Five of them, open to anybody who’d rather run the wand themselves and take their time on the wheel wells.
And when you don’t feel like it, the same lot has our full hand-wash service and the complete detailing menu. Some folks use the bays all summer and book a Time Travel detail before winter. Both are right here.
Shelbyville is also our hand-wash location. There is no tunnel on this property. If you’re babying a black paint job or a new truck, this is the shop you want.

We’re at 31 Main Street, in the heart of Shelby County, three blocks east of the courthouse and about half a mile from Kroger Marketplace. Main Street is US-60, so you’re probably already on the road that gets you here.

Is the Shelbyville location a hand wash or a tunnel?
Shelbyville is our hand-wash shop. Every vehicle is washed by hand with clean mitts and dried by hand with microfiber. There's no tunnel on this property. Our Frankfort location is the drive-through, and that tunnel is soft-touch, the quicker option when that's what the day calls for.
Do I need an appointment?
Not for a wash, just pull up. Detailing and bigger vehicles like RVs, boats and horse trailers should be scheduled ahead so we can set aside the time.
Do you serve Simpsonville and Waddy?
We do. Shelbyville is the closest shop for most of Shelby County, and our mobile detailing runs out to those areas too.
What does it cost to use a self-serve bay?
$2.50 for three minutes. There are five bays and they're only at our Shelbyville shop, so you can come do it your way, start to finish.
Should I use a bay or let you wash it?
Up to you and how your Saturday is going. The bays are the cheapest way to get it clean and you control every inch of it. If you'd rather hand over the keys, an outside hand wash starts at $15 and inside and out starts at $25, hand dried either way.
Do you wash RVs, boats and horse trailers in Shelbyville?
Yes. Two levels: a hand wash for regular upkeep, or a full detail with black streak removal, gel coat work, aluminum polish and the interior. Priced by size, so call Shelbyville at (502) 257-2308 for a real number.

Yes. Any detail on our menu can come to your driveway, your office or the farm for a $30 travel fee, and we bring our own water and power.
How long does a hand wash take?
