Which location should I go to?
Shelbyville (31 Main St) is the hand-wash shop and the only one with self-serve bays. Frankfort (594 E Main St) is the drive-through, and that tunnel is touchless — nothing makes contact with your paint. Both offer the full detailing menu at identical prices.
Do you take walk-ins?
For washes, yes — no appointment needed, just pull up. Detailing and larger vehicles should be scheduled by phone.
How do I join or cancel the Shine Club?
Both happen by phone or in person at either shop. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
