Those spinning brushes have washed a thousand vehicles before yours.
They pick up grit from every one of them and drag it across your paint. That’s where swirl marks come from — the fine spiderweb scratches you only notice in direct sun.
So we don’t use any. At our Shelbyville shop every vehicle is washed by hand with clean mitts and dried with microfiber. At Frankfort the tunnel is touchless — high-pressure water and soap only, nothing makes contact — and the crew hand dries it at the end.
Two routes to the same rule: nothing with bristles goes anywhere near your clear coat.

Questions we get a lot
Do I need an appointment for a car wash?
No. Just pull up to either location during business hours and we'll take care of you. Detailing is the one that's best scheduled ahead.
What's the difference between the exterior wash and inside and out?
The exterior wash cleans the outside only — wash, hand dry, and depending on the tier, tire shine, wheel bright, bug removal and windows. Inside and out adds interior vacuuming and cleaning on top of everything the exterior wash does. Exterior starts at $15, inside and out starts at $25.
Do you use brushes on my paint?
No — not at either shop. Shelbyville is washed by hand with clean mitts and dried by hand with microfiber. Frankfort runs a touchless tunnel, so nothing but water and soap makes contact. Brushes are what put swirl marks in a clear coat, and we don't own any.
What's the difference between the two locations?
Shelbyville is the hand-wash shop, and the only one with self-serve bays. Frankfort is the touchless tunnel — quicker if you're on a lunch break. Both do the full detailing menu at identical prices.
How long does a wash take?
It depends on the tier and how busy we are, but it's usually pretty quick. Give us a call if you're on a tight lunch break and we'll tell you what you're walking into.
Can I get unlimited washes?
Yes — the Shine Club adds $20 a month to your wash price. The $15 exterior wash becomes $35/month unlimited; the $25 inside-and-out becomes $45/month for one full wash a week.
